ASSA Company was founded in 1936 by Mr. Mohammad Saatchi and Dr. Azad in Teheran, Iran. Both were teaching science at the Teheran University and at the same time built up a significant family business managed by the two founders. Later, the two sons Ahmmad and Houshang Saatchi took over the business.
