BEI Communications was established in 1991 to provide video-conferencing (voice, video and data communications) services to corporate, government and commercial clients. In 1994, BEI developed, designed, and integrated videoconferencing technologies, along with fiber-optic wire fencing, into a revolutionary security system for correctional and high security facilities.
