Ed Christenbury, President and Owner, founded ChrisCo Machinery, Inc. in 1983 as an industrial woodworking machinery dealer. ChrisCo Machinery, Inc. buys, sells, rebuilds and manufactures new and used woodworking machinery. Ed received his degree in 1968 from North Carolina State University at Raleigh in Furniture Manufacturing and Management. His first position as Plant and Production Engineer was at Liberty Chair Manufacturing, which later became a division of Mohasco, in Liberty, North Carolina. Later he became Manager of Manufacturing for a total of 10 years with the
