HISTORY: Cone Machinery, Inc. was founded in 1984 by Amanuel Cone. His history included establishing and operating Southern Sawmill Machinery, Inc., many years in both sales and service with Chip-n-Saw, Inc., and management of Balfour Lumber Company, Coastal Lumber Company, and several Georgia-Pacific saw mills. Amanuel had years of experience in the industry and loved saw milling as much as life itself. He was always coming up with new ideas and he was truly in love with the machinery and the challenge of doing things "bigger and better".
