Parks Diamond Jewelers was founded in 1946 with a tradition of understanding and responding to the individual needs of each customer and to offer the finest in quality and service at every price. Bill,s desire to share the happiest times in his customers lives has inspired him, his daughter and granddaughter to bring the finest diamonds and colored stones to our customers. Parks was originally located at 215 W Broad in Texarkana, Texas selling watches and fine diamonds.
