TSI has just completed a Financial Feasibility Analysis on a proposed MSW-fired power plant outside of Texas. TSI recently met with General Electric to discuss Energy and Water related projects. TSI has been in discussions with agents for a large industrial business group over expanding business opportunities in energy related projects. TSI presented a Strategic Energy Initiative-Proposal to the House Energy Committee staff in October. A meeting with EEI President, Tom Kuhn on the RK Technology Proposal was also held. Meetings with both Texas Senators and selected Texas Congressmen are being scheduled. Meetings with the EPA, FEMA, DOE, DOD and the Office of Homeland Security are in the planning process.
