Firstly founded in 1994, Zhengzhou Nongda Biochemical Products Plant is a high-tech enterprize devoted to research and development of pesticides, fertilizers, chemical intermediates and pesticides formulations. With registered capital of 11 million yuan, it is the director company of Chinese Pesticides Development and Application Association and the priority unit recommended to farmers by Henan Pesticides Green Channel. Supported by a strong technical team with 26 senior engineers majored in high polymer chemistry, chemical analysis, plant protection, pesticides, fertilizer and agriculture related subjects, the company is equipped with advanced chemical & biochemical labs and analysing facilities such as EA1108 elemental analysis, Waters201 High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC), 5890 Gas Chromatograph(GC) and Infrared Spectrometer, etc.
After development of over 10 years, the company now has the manufacturing capability of 1000mt plant growth regulator and 500mt agro-synergist per year. The WGK intelligence controlled production line of annual output of 200mt sodium 5-nitroguaiacolate is recognized as Scientific & Technological Achievement by Henan Scientific & Technological Institute. In 2002 we improved the absorptivity of DA-6 (diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate) by synthesizing DA-6 from chlorethylamine, which symplized purification procedures of DA-6 and the development and production of Sodium Nucleotides proved again our manufacturing and research ability .
In 2007, the company developed Cyhalothrin-lamda together with Shanghai Institute for Food & Drug Control and started the construction of Nongda Biochemical Zone at Zhongmou County, Zhengzhou City according to the requirements of GMP. With investment of 50 million yuan the production line started to be constructed in March, 2007 and will be put into production approximately in the end of this year.
