depending on the quantity of an order. The Transneft calculation goes from 100,000 metric tons up to 5 million metric tons as from $35,000 USD. So it shall be calculated on each contract. Or $35,000 internal and $150,000 External to be one time payment for the whole contractual period.
Note that the fees are to be paid to the seller¡¯s provided bank account and not to Transneft account directly in order to avoid delays or inability of tracing the payment and its purposes. Take note of that, please.
The pipeline or transport fees must be paid on CIF or FOB terms of transactions.
